Mercer Transformation exists to create opportunities for the residents of Mercer County in an effort to revitalize individuals and families through the integration of resources regarding economic empowerment, health and wellness activities, educational enrichments, and recreational activities in partnership with community human services, faith based organizations and civic groups.

Mercer Transformation desires to revitalize its community by focusing on the four specific areas: (1) education, (2) financial sense, (3) health sense and (4) spiritual care. The goal is to create opportunities and revitalize individuals and families while engendering long-lasting transformative practices that prevent problems from emerging. Mercer Transformation believes everyone deserves the opportunity to have a good life. This includes quality education that leads to a stable job, enough financial sense and income to support a family, good health to stay the course and strong spiritual care that engenders strong inner center with a sense of morality, motivation and purpose in life. With its partners, Mercer Transformation will champion programs that fall into the purview these rubrics: Education - Helping children and youth achieve their potential. Financial Sense - Promoting financial stability and independence. Health Sense - Improving people's physical and mental wellbeing. Spiritual Care - Improving people's spiritual wellbeing and sound moral judgment. Transportation - Provide public fixed route transit line to connect citizens to services Food - Provide Community Meals
